Nocturnal Sun tested the Perfect World on a Dial-Up connection and he said that inside the game it runs completely smooth while playing. That's a good news for all dial-up users! As what I've experience in RF Online, It runs smoothly on a Dial-Up Connection and even it loads fast in map transfer than my nearby DSL powered internet cafe.
For more info and updates about Perfect World check out Nocturnal Sun's Blog and HOL's Perfect World Fansite.
